It’s at this time that you would’ve bought some type of DWY (Done-With-You) or DIY (Do-It-Yourself) coaching program or course to solve the problem - I just hope you bought one of the good ones.
I think these programs are great BUT…
The problem is most of these solutions that help agencies scale are delivered to a mass market, sold as repackaged ‘consulting’ or coaching when it’s basically just a course, and then the end result is that everybody does the same thing.
The same offers, the same scripts, the same fulfillment processes etc...
The other option is a ‘lead-generation agency’ of which I’ve only heard of two or three that actually drive results. It’s a similar story.
You pay the invoice, get added to slack, get on an onboarding call and then all of a sudden you’re just another client.
It’s impossible for these agencies to allocate the calories required to ‘crack outbound’ because they are trying to do it for 30 people at once whilst also hunting for their own deals.
They don’t work closely enough with you or put the time in to learn the ins and outs of your business - so how could they ever drive consistent results?
Recipe for disaster.
This is why markets seem like they ‘saturate’ so fast. Everybody does the same thing.
So it’s no wonder you suspect the market you’re in might not have the juice to get you to those multi-six-figure months.
But - if I’m honest, this level is only achievable for the few that know they have the energy and capability to grow and sustain a big business.

At the economic level, customers are under stress…
With the recession and inflation going on constantly, ad prices rising, talent being harder to find etc businesses are forced to get lean fast.
Which has a couple of implications.
It means customers are going to be tighter with their money and spending habits will adjust.
However, customers will also be more willing to purchase things that are essential to their lives - which is a good thing for the people in a position to build a moat and a terrible thing for the people on the outskirts.

At the marketing level this means customers will be more apprehensive to buy because even the agencies that appear to get results are still lackluster.
The result of this is that cold outreach and cold looms are getting less effective over time… and great agencies can plateau and struggle to fill and convert the pipeline.
Even the ones that are great at filling the pipeline still struggle to scale because they can’t keep up the customer results with so many clients.
Hence why the DWY solution works to an extent, but has it’s limitations.
There comes a point in the agency game when you simply need extra hands AND extra expertise.
Coaching programs are GREAT but they do not handle the time bottleneck.

But they won’t be 1-1, they won’t solve problems for you, and you will simply be added to another long list of clients they have.

Because let’s be honest.
The game is stressful. You’re going against the grain. You’re a killer and there aren’t many people who are on your level.
